Diamond tools for stone, ceramic and slab processing

What we need from you to quote a diamond tool

A diamond tool quote is only as good as the information behind it. These five things change the answer.

1. The material, specifically

Not “granite” but quartz content and whether it is veined. Not “ceramic” but whether it is glazed, polished or full-body. On engineered stone, resin binder or cement binder changes the bond.

2. The machine

Model, spindle speed, number of heads, and whether it runs wet. Blade or wheel diameter and bore. On frame saws, blade diameter and blade count.

3. What the tool is replacing

What you run now, how long it lasts, and what you dislike about it. Wear life in square metres or in hours is far more useful to us than a part number.

4. Quantity and how it will ship

These are heavy consumables and go by sea. MOQ runs from 1 pc on edge wheels to 500 pcs on saw segments. Mixed orders can be consolidated into one container, which is usually where the real saving sits.

5. What good looks like

Target gloss, target flatness, acceptable chip rate, or square metres per tool. Without a number on the output we can quote the tool, not the result.

Send those five and we will come back with grit, bond, profile and MOQ. If you would rather test first, samples are available for running on your own line.

Send us your material and machine model — we will confirm grit, bond and profile, or arrange a sample for testing.
