How do I choose the right grit?

Roughly: 36#–80# for heavy stock removal, 81#–220# for intermediate grinding, 221#–800# for fine finishing. Tell us your material and target finish and we will confirm.

Can I test before ordering in volume?

Yes. Samples are available for on-line testing on your own machine, which is the most reliable way to validate performance.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Wheels, blocks and segments start from very small quantities so you can trial first. Gang saw and band saw segments are quoted from 500 pcs.

Do you ship by air?

Our products are heavy consumables and are shipped by sea, typically FOB, with consolidation available for mixed orders.
