Quotations and orders
Specifications published on this site are for reference. A quotation is valid only when issued in writing by us and states model, quantity, price and delivery term. Minimum order quantity is stated per product and ranges from 1 piece on edge wheels to 500 pieces on saw segments.
Prices
This site does not display prices. Diamond tool pricing depends on bond, grit, quantity and raw material cost at the time of order, so we quote on request.
Shipping
Our products are heavy consumables and ship by sea, typically FOB. Lead time is production time plus sailing time and is stated on the quotation. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier under the agreed Incoterm.
Samples
Samples are available for testing on your own production line. Performance on your equipment is the basis for the specification we recommend.
Intellectual property
The 101DiamTools name, product photography, technical drawings and text on this site are ours. Spherical pore-forming is our patented technology.
Warranty
Tools are warranted against manufacturing defect. Wear is not a defect: diamond tool life depends on material, machine condition and operating parameters, none of which we control. Claims are assessed against the tool as supplied.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
